Welcome to Trinity Living Care in Houston. We are more than just a care provider; we are a family dedicated to serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
Trinity Living Care Houston can provide care for a wide variety of individuals with intellectual & Developmental Disabilities and related conditions. In particular, we can provide care for those individuals who may be more medically fragile and/or require more intensive assistance with special needs.
Our services include residential group home and host home companion care. We offer Personal Attendant and Habilitation Services. We also provide Specialized Therapies designed to individual needs. As well as other services, including nursing therapy and much more.

We are proud to be a certified provider of Home and Community-based Services (HCS). This Medicaid waiver program allows individuals to receive care in their own community rather than in an institutional setting. We work closely with families and case managers to navigate the complexities of the Texas Health and Human Services system, ensuring you get the support you deserve.
