About Us
Trinity Living Care, INC is able to provide care for a vast variety of individuals with intellectual & Developmental Disabilities and related conditions. In particular we are able to provide care for those individuals who may be more medically fragile and/or require more intensive assistance with special needs.
Our services include residential group home and host home companion care. We also provide personal attendant services and habilitation, Community First Choice, Respite, and Day Habilitation. As well as other services including nursing therapy(s) and much more.
What is HCS?
HCS (Home Community Services) is also Medicaid waiver program that supplies services and supports to people with an intellectual disability (ID) or a related condition so that they can live in the community. These services can be provided in your own home, your family's home, a foster care home where you live with another family, or a home in the community where you live with two or three other people.
